Order Acceptance and Fulfilment Policy

Catalogue items - Please note - Although we try to ensure that catalogue images bear a close resemblance to the actual item, sometimes, as a result of digital imaging, colours may differ slightly. Please feel free to call us if you wish to discuss your precise requirements for a colour match and we will be happy to advise.

Ordering: After you place an order from the Glitzer BodyArt site, we will endeavour to fill your order as soon as we have had payment notification. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site, including our terms and conditions of sale. Orders should be checked on receipt and errors advised within 7 days of order date.

Payment: We can accept payment for goods in a variety of ways so hopefully there will be a choice of payment method to suit you. You may pay by cheque (allow extra time for clearance before your order is posted), Paypal or by bank electronic transfer (please ask for bank details). We cannot accept credit card payments unless used via Paypal.

Shipping: We will do everything possible to despatch your order the same day we receive it, provided it arrives before 2 pm and we have received payment. Orders received after that time are most likely to miss our post run that day and will be sent the following working day. For delivery in the UK: Lightweight packages are sent via Royal Mail using their standard 1st Class post and are generally delivered the next working day but this is not guaranteed (unless specifically requested/paid for). Heavier packages will be sent by courier post (3-5) working days or, if urgent, special next day delivery service can be sourced. There will be an extra charge for this service (please call us to find out this cost before paying for your order).  For delivery outside UK: Please request shipping charge for your location. We will deliver worldwide - we will not be liable for any import taxes/customs charges for these deliveries. 

In the case of non-arrival, please advise within 7 days of order date so that we may endeavour to resolve the problem swiftly. If you request posted items to be left in a 'safe place', we cannot be held liable if (a) your delivery man refuses to do so, or (b) the items go missing.

Glitzer BodyArt reserves the right to limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to,  the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this shopping site . By placing your order, you agree that Glitzer BodyArt's liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Glitzer BodyArt for the product giving rise to our liability.

Cancellation Right
If you are a UK customer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for a short time. You may do this by taking or sending by post or e-mail a written notice of cancellation to:

stating your full name and address and other information sufficient to identify your order. You have until the expiry of SEVEN WORKING DAYS (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and public holidays), starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right.

Before returning the product, please contact us so that we can provide you with an RMA (return material authorisation) number that will help us track your return and make sure you receive your refund as soon as possible.

If you exercise your right to cancel, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded, apart from your expense of returning the products as mentioned below.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also:

take reasonable care of the product(s) until you return them and ship the product(s), unused, to us in its original packaging or suitable packaging, at your expense and risk. If, however, you are returning any item that is sent in error or damaged in transit we will, of course, refund the cost of returning it. If damaged in transit, we may request photographic evidence to aid us in any insurance claim.

Please note: only items purchased directly from Glitzer Bodyart Supplies will be considered for exchange/refund.
